Summary

This course explores doxing, a growing threat in the digital age, where personal information is maliciously exposed to intimidate, harass, or harm individuals. Participants will learn about the various forms of doxing and its role within a perpetrator’s broader course of conduct. We will also look at the impact doxing can have on victims and the legal frameworks law enforcement can use when responding. This course covers practical steps for law enforcement to trace digital evidence, implicate perpetrators, and support victims in navigating the aftermath.
