The National Resource Center on Cybercrimes Against Individuals (NRCC)  is a project funded by the Department of Justice, Office of Violence Against Women. Drawing on the combined expertise of its four partner organizations, it provides comprehensive resources, training, and research on cybercrimes against individuals at the intersection of stalking, domestic violence, image-based abuse, and dating violence.

AEquitas and Stalking Prevention & Awareness Resource Center (SPARC)

AEquitas is a non-profit dedicated to improving justice in gender-based violence cases. It includes, SPARC the only federally-funded resource provider for education and training on stalking, including its intersection with domestic violence and sexual assault.

Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (CCRI)

Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (CCRI) is the leading U.S. nonprofit dedicated to combatting online abuses that threaten civil rights and civil liberties. Its Image Abuse HelplineI has assisted over 36,000 IBSA victims and survivors of image-based sexual abuse.

The National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C)

Since 1978, NW3C has developed and delivered economic crime investigation, high-tech crime investigation, digital forensics, criminal intelligence, and other criminal justice training and technical assistance. Nw3C provides training and other services at no cost to state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice practitioners throughout the United States.

Safety Net, National Network to End Domestic Violence

The Safety Net Project at the National Network to End Domestic Violence focuses on the intersection of technology and abuse, and works to promote survivor safety and privacy. It provides trainings, technical assistance, and resources, and influences discourse on technology abuse and safety globally.
